Logically bagged investment in its Series A funding at the start of 2022
Brighouse-based Logically, an AI (artificial intelligence) driven tech company, has appointed Ravinder Reddy as its new Vice President (VP) and General Manager (GM) for India.
In a statement, the company said that Reddy would be responsible for widening the scope of Logically’s work by establishing its fact-checking services and threat intelligence platform, Logically Intelligence, which is combined with expert human intelligence to fight the menace of misinformation, disinformation, fake news, and misinformation.
Logically bagged investment in its Series A funding at the start of 2022. The company planned to utilise the fund to expand its footprints in India and Southeast Asia. Additionally, it has eyed to tackle harmful content and actors that may negatively impact public safety, public health, election integrity or national security. The company has claimed that Reddy’s appointment will play a key milestone in this journey.
Commenting On his new role at Logically, Reddy said, “Malicious online activity can inflict real-world damage. It can manipulate public opinion, increase societal, religious, and cultural divisions, and influence elections. I'm delighted to join Logically, a company at the forefront of tackling this ongoing challenge.
