The integration model improves customer experience, adds considerable value, and protects user privacy better, Zoho has claimed in a statement.
For over a decade, the company has been executing and implementing AI (Zia) across its product portfolio, developing in-house technology running on the company's private cloud.
"The fusion of ChatGPT's generative AI with our homegrown AI features will provide users with a more intuitive, efficient, and secure experience, reflecting Zoho's deep research and development-first culture," said Ramprakash Ramamoorthy, Director of AI Research, Zoho Corporation.
