With its latest launch of new generative AI services, Tenable is expecting greater cyber security for its customers around the world
The exposure management company, Tenable, has announced the launch of new generative AI capabilities called ExposureAI on its Management Platform. The newly introduced services include tenable exposure Graph, a scalable data lake, powered by Snowflake, that fuels the ExposureAI engine.
As per the information provided by the company, it offers three new categories of generative AI-based preventive security capabilities, called search, explain, and action, which are foundational to exposure management programs.
“Now we’re using generative AI to put more power than ever in the hands of security teams to inform their exposure management programs and root out cyber risk wherever it exists,” said Glen Pendley, chief technology officer at Tenable.
After having worked on applying AI techniques, which were introduced by the company in 2019, it has started using generative AI to put more power in the hands of security teams. so they can be more efficient and focus resources on preventing successful attacks.
The USA-based Tenable is an exposure management company. It helps approximately 43,000 organisations around the globe to understand and reduce cyber risk. Tenable customers include approximately 60 percent of the Fortune 500, approximately 40 percent of the Global 2000, and large government agencies.
