The company has claimed that with an experience of over five decades, Haribhakti brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
Haribhakti has received multiple awards and designations, including the GCB.D and the Vivekananda Sustainability Award. He has also been granted an honorary Ph.D. for his contributions to the field. An advocate for shared value creation and environmental sustainability, Haribhakti has promoted the concept of "Innovate to Zero" and technology-enabled CSR, ESG, and sustainability.
As the Chairman of several boards like CSR, ESG, and Sustainability committees, he aims to make a significant and coordinated impact through his initiatives.
In addition to his new role at Recykal, Haribhakti holds the position of Chairman at M/s. Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates, a Chartered Accountants Firm. He also holds directorships in several other esteemed companies like Bajaj Electricals Limited, L&T Finance, Adani Total Gas Ltd., Swiggy and others.
