New-age digital entertainment and technology company, JetSynthesys has acquired a majority stake in the Indian edtech firm KidzByte.
Founded by media professionals Chetan D’Souza and Swagat Salunke, KidzByte trains tweens from content consumers to creators through audio-visual mediums. The strategic platform eyes to transform the way children access and engage with content. It also aims to empower them to become informed, creative and driven individuals.
