Through this academy, the company claims that it will provide free video-based courses to deliver practical insights to recruiters
New Delhi-based artificial intelligence (AI) driven HR tech platform Instahyre recently unveiled Instahyre Academy to help talent acquisition specialists and hiring managers in India.
Through this academy, the company claims to provide free video-based courses to deliver practical insights to recruiters to create modern and tech-enabled hiring strategies in post-pandemic India.
According to the company’s statement, Instahyre will cater to managers from fresher to specialist level. After completion of each course, the Academy will provide certificates. Applicants from a non-HR background can also avail of this benefit.
“Building a highly analytical and high-performance HR team is one of the most critical tasks for any organisation. We felt it is a common problem where HRs do not get time to upskill themselves as they are always busy upskilling other forces of their organisations," said Sarbojit Mallick, chief executive officer of Instahyre said.
He added Instahyre Academy looks forward to onboarding thousands of HR managers and recruiters and providing them with community-based learning opportunities with its latest lesson updates.
Founded by Aditya Rajgarhia, Instahyre currently works with companies including Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, Uber and Paypal, while also delivering services to multiple other enterprises and unicorns.
Earlier, this year, the company announced plans to grow 3x in employee numbers and 4x in revenues.
“We are building a full suite of sourcing products to help our clients. Instahyre Drives provides the ability for companies to conduct and manage hiring drives, an approach that is very popular among enterprises and for which we’ve had substantial demand from existing customers,” Mullick commented on the expansion plans at that time.
