Bobble AI, an Indian start-up that specialises in AI-based keyboard technology, has launched a new platform called Bobble Super. The platform allows users to make purchases directly from their keyboards and offers users access to more than 100 brands, including Swiggy, Redrail, Winni and Garnier and facilitates convenient access to various services, such as food ordering, travel and ticket booking and online gifting.
Bobble AI's conversational commerce solution is said to be powered by real-time triggered intents initiated by the user, in combination with a dedicated "Super Assist" icon and employs sophisticated intent detection technology that maps user intents across their smartphone usage, offering personalised products and service recommendations.
The platform aims to provide users with an intuitive shopping experience while also facilitating swift transactions for brands and business partners through non-intrusive prompts on the keyboard. Ankit Prasad, the co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Bobble AI, believes that this marks the beginning of a new era in the history of e-commerce in India and that Bobble AI's innovative conversational commerce solution is set to redefine the industry, shaping the future of e-commerce.

According to a recent industry report, the estimated spend on conversational commerce is expected to reach $290 billion by 2025. Bobble AI is positioning itself to capture a significant portion of this market by providing users with a more convenient and intuitive way to make purchases.
