Sridhar Vembu-led Zoho Corporation yesterday unveiled the latest version of Bigin, its customer relationship management (CRM) platform for small businesses. The company claims that the platform will offer a simple yet powerful CRM without the high barrier of entry and cost.
Since its inception in 2020, Bigin has served nearly 20,000 customers globally. It has grown 74 per cent on a year-on-year basis. Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka were pivotal to the growth of Bigin. The company has also stated that 70 per cent of the customer of Bigin are first-time users of CRM.
Talking about the development, Mani Vembu, the chief operating officer (CEO), said, "Small businesses face challenges in choosing the right technology for managing their customer-facing operations because of constraints related to time, cost, and software implementation."

In the financial year (FY) 2022, Zoho corp earned a profit of Rs 2743.83 crore. Witnessed a jump of 43 per cent.
