Kognoz has announced the launch of Konverz.ai, an Al-driven hiring solution that aims to simplify the talent acquisition landscape. The product aims to help hiring managers by enabling organizations to conduct interviews without human intervention, hamessing advanced Al technology to assess personality traits, cognitive abilities, motivations, and emotions of interviewees all benchmarked against industry standards.
