Good To Go is set to acquire TenderCuts' brand, an online meat seller in South India, particularly in Chennai. This acquisition aims to combine Good To Go's offline experience and practices in North India with TenderCuts' omnichannel market presence and strong brand recognition in Southern India. As a result of this merger, customers in both North and South India will have access to a wide range of hygienically packaged fresh meats and seafood.

Happy Chops is a tech platform that provides an online storefront and procurement support to local butcher shops will also be part of this acquisition. Currently, GoodToGo has 11 stores in Delhi-NCR and TenderCuts is operating 16 stores in Chennai.
