New Delhi-based Indian fintech firm BharatPe has appointed Kohinoor Biswas as the Head - Consumer Lending. At BharatPe, he will be responsible for leading the entire postpe business, the credit-first consumer vertical of BharatPe and will be reporting to Nalin Negi, CFO and Interim CEO of BharatPe.
This is the third leadership appointment for BharatPe in 2023. The company earlier announced the appointment of Aparna Kuppuswamy as Chief Risk Officer, BharatPe Group and Sandeep Indurkar as Chief Business Officer- Banking and Alliances.
Prior to joining BharatPe, he was the Head of Credit Cards Portfolio at ICICI Bank and spearheaded the overall credit cards strategy driving card spending, loyalty, balance build-up through emi-zation & Personal Loan on Cards, and the overall P&L for the Credit Card business. Before ICICI Bank, he served the HDFC Bank as the Vertical Head for Credit Card Portfolio. He has also been associated with companies like Intellect Design Arena Ltd, JP Morgan Chase, and American Express. Overall, he brings over 14 years of experience to BharatPe’s table.
