Suta, one of India’s artisanal lifestyle brands, is joining forces with Proactive For Her, an omnichannel women’s health clinic, to launch an extensive new campaign to create awareness amongst women about pertinent issues relating to their health.
The workshops are expected to cover various topics including nutrition and personal care, with a focus on empowering women to make better and more informed wellness decisions in their daily lives.
The first workshop, held on March 15, included a talk on mindful eating by nutritionist Priyanka Savina from Proactive For Her, followed by an interactive question and answers session with the audience. The event offered women a holistic approach to physical and mental health, by addressing common misconceptions, contradictory advice, and myths surrounding women's health.
Each workshop is expected to encompass a talk by an expert, followed by audience questions. The hour-long sessions were so designed and scheduled so as to accommodate modern-day hectic lifestyles.
Commenting on the initiative, Sujata Biswas and Taniya Biswas, co-founders of Suta, said, “Our brand has always been dedicated to empowering people. This time around, we decided to do something truly meaningful by launching an extensive campaign focused on empowering women with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health and wellness. By partnering with Proactive For Her, we aim to provide women with the resources and support they need to prioritize their physical and mental well-being.”
Achitha Jacob, Founder of Proactive For Her, adds, “We are thrilled to partner with Suta. Having aligned goals of empowering people, together, we can reach far more women through this campaign to help women make informed decisions about their health, and educate them on simple healthcare and lifestyle interventions that can improve the quality of their life. Our mission has always been to reduce the stigma surrounding women's health and promote holistic well-being.”
