Content monetisation and marketing service provider InMobi has announced its strategic partnership with Ad Net Zero, the climate action program with the mission to accelerate the decarbonisation of the advertising industry.
According to a statement from the company, the decision will strengthen the business's dedication to sustainability, which noted that working with Ad Net Zero to revolutionise the advertising industry through decarbonisation efforts spanning ad production, distribution, and publication will assist it in achieving its sustainability goals.
The company will follow a five-step strategy created under Ad Net Zero to reduce its carbon footprint such as reducing emissions from advertising business activities, reducing emissions associated with the creation of advertising, the amount of advertising that is emitted during award ceremonies and events, and maximise the power of advertising to influence consumer behaviour.

The unicorn recognises the importance of sustainability in business decisions and keeping these targets in consideration, it has taken a proactive step by aligning itself with Ad Net Zero. Ad Net Zero is a climate action program to help the advertising industry tackle the climate emergency by decarbonising ad operations and supporting every industry to promote sustainable products and services accurately.
InMobi's Glance raised $200 million from Jio Platforms Limitedin its Series D round of funding last December. Google and Silicon Valley-based venture fund Mithril Capital also back it.
