Employee benefits insurtech Healthysure has introduced its new venture, Bharatsure. This platform facilitates group insurance distribution by integrating personalised pricing solutions and operational support on the back of technology.

It equips insurance players like licensed brokers, agents, banks, and institutions with the tools they need to offer tailored group benefits to their customers.

"Our journey with Bharatsure is guided by our mission to democratise group insurance, making it accessible and affordable for organisations across India. We are not just providing technology; we are nurturing partnerships that drive progress," commented Anuj Parekh, CEO and founder of Bharatsure.

The platform provides white-labelled technology that can be customised to mirror each partner's requirements. It provides partners with a one-stop platform for centralised operations through white-labelled dashboards for customer power integrations with insurers, TPAs, healthcare providers, and HRMS systems.

Its pricing engine empowers partners to instantly generate quotes from a diverse range of insurers, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of client interactions.

"Today, almost 90 crore Indians are without access to health insurance security. Developed economies have attained high insurance penetration by focusing on group insurance. We have built the right tools and an open technology stack so that the wider ecosystem finds it easy to sell, manage, and consume group insurance," added co-founder Sanil Basutkar of Bharatsure Group.

In 2022, the start-up raised $1.2 million in capital investments from Campus funds and other networks including Inflection Point Venture, WeFounder Circle, Dexter Angels, and HEM Angels among others. It has also launched India's first flexi top-up insurance in collaboration with ManipalCigna Health Insurance
